Customers outside the USA such as UK , Australia can return an item purchased from us for an exchange or store credit. However to minimise returns, please ensure that you check the size chart before you make your order to avoid the risk of selecting the wrong size of garment. If in doubt, please contact us for clarification. Our clothing lines are of the highest quality and so we want you to have a good experience with us.
If you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take back or exchange the item when returned within 7 days from the day you received it. This means that within 48 hours of receiving the items, you must check that they are right for you and you must contact us, informing us about your intention to return the items you purchased. Simply contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. DO NOT send any items back without first obtaining your Return Authorization Number. Doing so will delay the process of your credit/exchange. You can then return the item in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in exact original condition with all tags and must not show any signs of being worn. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) have been shipped.

All orders are shipped directly from our USA warehouse . For customers outside the USA, please be aware that our prices do not include VAT and customs charges and so you are respoonsible to pay customs or VAT charges on your orders placed with us in your local country. We may use Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS or US Postal Services (Standard or priority Express) from the USA . Please allow two complete business days for your order to be processed. And a further 3-5 business days for your order to reach you if you are in the USA . Customers outside the USA must allow up to three weeks although in most cases, you will receive your order within 12 business days after orders are processed. We will notify you of your tracking number when the order is processed and shipped out. Please keep an eye on your email as this is the best way to stay in contact with us. Regretably we cannot call all customers who want to discuss their orders as this takes time away from processing orders quickly. We will however, endeavour to keep you informed of the status of your order and notify of any delays in writting via email. We strongly recommend you select from collections we can do next day delivery for, if you need your dress faster. Finally, we want you to have a positive experience and so it is important that you provide us with all the information required to ensure your order is processed and delivered on time.
We ship worldwide and the prices on our website do not include shipping cost . For deliveries outside the USA, after you have ordered and paid for your items, we will check and get back to you with the correct shipping cost based on your delivery address in cases where you have underpaid or overpaid the shipping cost. To track your order, we will send you your tracking number once the item is shipped out and if you do not hear from us simply email us at info@bssretail.net and we will send your tracking number in the response email.
